There’s a bigger parking lot behind the mall. Parking is free. There’s a little stage on the ground floor in the middle of the mall where seemingly they may have special event activities, but I’ve never witnessed any myself. There’s a food court area on ground floor as well. They have a night market in the front of the mall sometimes. It can get hot in here in the summer. It can get hot in a lot of shops too. There are some areas that feel cool because that’s where the air is blowing. It’s hotter in the front side of the mall because there’s the clear windows as walls letting in all the sunlight and heat. There’s restrooms which are not that bad. They are small though. There’s a prayer/temple area in second floor front of the mall. Not sure why. Seems to be an arcade on second level in the middle-front of the mall. There’s a mix of regular clothing, Vietnamese traditional clothing (ao dai), and small amount of traditional Chinese clothing (qi pao). They also have the traditional clothing for men too, but it’s more for celebratory events. The ones for women range from everyday cheaper ones to more elaborate expensive wedding purposed clothing. You can find $10 deals up to $400.

Nostalgia for the Vietnamese community that migrated to south California. This asian mall has tons of food options. Cutesy kid stores. Merchandise from Asian, such as the old school pajamas. You can find ao dai’s here. Chinese medicine. The whole back end of the mall’s 2nd floor dedicated to gold-silver sale. They re did the restrooms and they are looking modern with a touch of history.

Great place to spend time. It’s unique, interesting, and beautiful… It was fun to walk around, do some shopping, and pick up souvenirs. I really enjoyed it. It was a new experience for me.

This is one small of mall in Orange County. At the enter door, you will see so many foods and drinks lika a foodcourt. The price not cheap, like sugar cane around $6-8/glass depends on the size of glass. But the place great for relax like having a coffee or drinks or snacks of vietnamese, because this mall quiet, on second floor have some store selling clothes, toys, also have 1 area of jewelry store.

Asian Garden Mall is a must‑visit if you’re curious about Vietnamese culture or enjoy trying traditional foods and browsing unique shops. It’s less of a modern mall and more of a cultural experience — perfect for a relaxed afternoon exploring, eating, and soaking up the atmosphere.
